At Marianopolis, you can use the same login to access the College computers, the College “StuStu” WiFi network, wireless network printing, the Library databases, and https://thehub.marianopolis.edu, where you can request ITS support.
The default settings for logging in is as follows:
Please note that this password is NOT your Omnivox password. The password for the College's computers and for Omnivox are independent of one another.
Microsoft Office 365: As a student at the College, you also have access to Microsoft Office 365. You can use it to access various Microsoft 365 software platforms (such as Microsoft Teams and Outlook), and for downloading and activating Office 365 on your personal devices. This is also your official college email address. It looks like this:
FIRSTNAME.LASTNAME@office.marianopolis.edu (e.g.: Sam.Smith@office.marianopolis.edu).
If you have a “first” or “last” name that consists of several parts, separate them with a period: SamTaylor.SmithSwift@office.marianopolis.edu.
Although your database and Microsoft 365 accounts have different usernames, both use the same password. Again, the default setting for the password is password is your permanent code, which can be found on your student ID, followed by the # symbol (e.g. ABCD12345678#). The permanent code is the series of letters and numbers that begins with the first three letters of your last name. The password is case-sensitive, so enter the letters as capitals.
To change your password: You should change your password to something of your choosing, as soon as possible. Do this at https://myprofile.microsoft.com. Log in by using your FIRSTNAME.LASTNAME@office.marianopolis.edu username and the default password. Take this time to also enter your password recovery information: a mobile phone number, personal email address, or both. Once your password has been changed for Microsoft 365, it will automatically update the password for your “Active Directory” user account.
If you cannot remember your password: Go to the Teaching and Learning Technologies (TLT) Service Counter (A-362) with your student ID and request a password reset. You must have your student ID or they will not reset your password.
