Registering with the AccessAbility Centre

For detailed information on how to register with the AccessAbility Centre, please visit www.marianopolis.edu/accessability

The first step to requesting accommodations is to submit:

  • a report or diagnostic assessment that includes a specific diagnosis and is signed by a licensed professional from Quebec along with the Request for Accommodations form

The Adapted Services Counsellor will then identify the accommodations you are entitled to have for your different courses and create an Individualized Intervention Plan (IIP). Note that it is your responsibility as a student to submit the documentation when you receive your acceptance at the College. If you do not submit the documentation with your acceptance at the College, you must submit it as soon as it is available. After registering with the AccessAbility Centre and signing your IIP, your teachers will be informed of your academic profile (as indicated in the IIP) and of the accommodations you are entitled to in their course.

  • You are required to complete the request form on the HUB a minimum of 5 school days in advance.  Here is a video showing you how to complete the HUB request form:  Video: How to book accommodations in The Hub
